Judge Roy Moore’s weekly column is up today at WorldNetDaily and, as always, is available at the Foundation for Moral Law’s site. Last week, Judge Moore wrote about the nationwide problem of attacks on acknowledgments of God like the Pledge of Allegiance. In this week’s column, Judge Moore gives the solution: the Constitution Restoration Act (CRA). The CRA (S. 520 and HR 1070) would keep a federal judge from being able to even decide whether the Pledge of Allegiance or any other recognition of God is unconstitutional, which Congress has the authority to do under Article III, Section 2 of the Constitution.
